Nl: uses the code -fiu- not -krl-. Is -krl- an official ISO code?

Yepp. ‘Fiu’ basically stays for ‘finno-ugric languages’ that are not yet classified.

Yes Schwallex you are right 'BUT it is an 'Alpha-3' code, that has been adopted into the new IS0-639-3 standard. As you may have noticed WikionaryZ is in the process of standardizing on 639-3 (as opposed to -2) and so this brings us to the question: shouldn't the wikti's do the same? Unfortunately that is not a trivial exercise because a lot of codes will change. E.g english is not en' but eng and nl becomes nld
